Catholic Schools Week

Catholic Schools Week is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. The celebration starts Sunday, January 31 - February 5. St. Theresa School is observing the annual celebration week with Masses, open houses and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members.On Sunday, January 31st, Monsignor Helmick will be celebrating a Catholic Schools Week Liturgy at 9:00 AM. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Following Mass, there will be an Open House at St. Theresa School to kick off Catholic Schools Week. This year’s theme for Catholic Schools Week is “Catholic Schools: Communities of Faith, Knowledge and Service.” St. Theresa School focuses on academic excellence, faith-filled education for students and service to the community. Students have been working on community service projects with wonderful examples on display in the school.We encourage all families to spread the word about the great work that we do and invite your family, friends and neighbors to come and visit us at our Open House (10:00- 12:00) after Mass on Sunday, January 31st.We will be closing out Catholic Schools Week on Friday, February 5th with First Friday Mass at 8:45 AM. As always, parents are welcome to attend this Mass.
